Basic Fitness Training
(Nutrition, Aerobic and Resistance Training)
Students learn basics of fitness and nutrition while beginning to build a fitness base through FUN !  Primary goal is to encourage future fitness participation through positive experiences.
Pre-Activity Evaluation 1, 2 or 3 days per week Fees
Action Kids - 2 6 - 8 years
9 - 12 years
13 - 16 years
Intermediate Fitness Training
Students build on AK1 experiences and begin refine fitness training skills and nutrition knowledge.
Completion of AK-1 2 or 3 days per week Fees
Action Kids - 3 7 and up Advanced Fitness Training
Students are encouraged to continue to develop lifetime fitness habits and perfect their own fitness goals and confidence.
Completion of AK-2 2 or 3 days per week Fees
Circuit Training 8 and up Students will cycle through circuit resistance training.  Major elements will change in 6 week cycles to maximize fitness results.  Systems used will be the Hoist Circuit, Free weights, Bands and other machines.  Aerobic warm-up, stretching and sport personalization will be included. Evaluation by Staff
Hoist Orientation
2 or 3 days per week Fees
Game Bike A-Training 7 and up Students may block off 15, 30 and 45 minute blocks for aerobic training on our Game Bikes.  Students may compete against a friend or train solo.  Game Bike orientation required with emphasis on correct techniques, rules of use as well as mandatory warm-up and cool down. Personal Training - Fitness 5.5 and up Personal Training Staff will individualize a program for your child.  After a thorough evaluation of current abilities, goals and motivation a program is developed for one on one training to reach your child's fitness goals. Staff Evaluation Flexible Fees
Personal Training - Sport Specific 5.5 and up Personal Training Staff will individualize a program for your athlete.  Staff will individualize a program for your athlete to effectively bring them toward their optimal peak performance in their chosen sport.  Yearly cycle of their sport will be an integral part of their personal program (Base Fitness Training, Specialization of strength and flexibility, conversion to specific power as well as season maintenance of fitness for their sport)  Our staff will work with their coach in identifying specific areas needing attention.  Sport Psychology and Nutrition for training will also be addressed. Base Training 6 and up Every athlete will benefit from a Fitness Base for peak performance in their sport.  Primarily designed for off season, athletes build an aerobic and core body strength base as well as basic flexibility from which to build on in season.  Group class. Staff Evaluation 2 or 3 days per week Fees
PHIT (Personal Home Training) 6 and up A home fitness program.  This program can be combined with any of our group classes to increase results.  Personalized program of aerobic and resistance training using items available in your household.  Students must keep a journal/log of their results and progress is monitored weekly by staff.  (Journal/Log may be submitted to our web site daily if parents/children wish for convenience).
